Invisalign are clear aligners that can be conveniently taken out for eating, teeth cleaning and special occasions. We provide fast-acting braces that are designed to move only those teeth that show when you smile, or a series of clear custom-made aligners which, because each one is slightly different, can precisely realign teeth.
Fixed braces are fixed securely to the teeth but, unlike traditional noticeable metal braces, we offer those with clear brackets and tooth-coloured wires. This makes fixed braces much less noticeable. Some of these braces are also known as ‘self-litigating’, or Damon braces, which means they have no elastic components, making them easier to keep clean.
Lingual braces are also fixed to the teeth but the brackets are attached to the inside surface of the teeth (the lingual surface) and kept well-hidden. These braces are practically invisible, and it will be hard to spot that you are wearing a brace. The Incognito brace is tailor-made using 3D digital technology, for precise (and discreet) movement of the teeth.

Yes. You should still attend your regular check-ups while you are undergoing straightening treatment. In fact, it is probably even more important to do so if you are wearing a fixed brace as it can be a little more challenging to keep teeth clean with braces and wires in place.

That’s why we advise you to wear a retainer following treatment and will help you decide which type is most appropriate for you. We will keep an eye on your straighter smile for at least five years after treatment to ensure your teeth stay neatly in place, helping you to benefit from a beautiful smile for life.
