Assif graduated from the Royal London Hospital. After completing vocational training, he gained experience as a Senior House officer in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. During that time, he successfully gained Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Assif trained in Prosthodontics at Guys Dental Hospital, completing a Masters in Clinical dentistry focusing on tooth wear and the effects of acids in the oral cavity. During this period, that he was selected by the International College of Prosthodontics for their mentoring program as an internationally leading young Prosthodontist.

Assif has been personally taught by some of the best clinicians – nationally and internationally. Assif is an examiner for Warwick University and a course tutor for the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
